In the image, there's a pale relatively young girls face. Who has dirty blond hair and eyes that are a very big and prominent on her face. Zooming out there's a man and his workers continuing to construct the details on the girls face. The scale of the two main things within the picture gives the illusion that the person is photoshopped onto the girls face and not working on it. The image looks to be a contiguous image because everything seems to be captured all together and just from a farther distance on each image.

I picture this piece to be something viewable from the highway/interstate. It seems to be on the side of the last building before a body of water is present. This image also seems like it's in the downtown part of a city whether it's large or not. The image strikes me as something that is part of an ad or commercial dealing with children. That's because the face is so large and her features seemed a little bit washed out. Lastly, the expression on the girls face darkens the piece and makes it seem more worrisome because she's not expressing joy and is more straight-faced.
